Take the stress out of Christmas morning with our signature Whole Smoked Cider Turkey.

Product Description:

Each turkey is submerged for 24 hours in cider, orange juice, salt, and sage, then slow-smoked over apple and cherry wood. Your turkey is rapidly chilled, vacuum-packed, and delivered in a specially designed turkey box, complete with simple reheating instructions. Perfect for a centrepiece for your Christmas table. Feeds approximately 12–20 people.

Size & Deposit:
This is a pre-order deposit ONLY. You will pay 50% of the estimated total cost to reserve your turkey. The final balance will be calculated based on the actual weight at the time of processing and collected on or before delivery.

Estimated deposit per size:

• 5–6kg Whole Turkey: £75

• 6–7kg Whole Turkey: £90

• 7–8kg Whole Turkey: £105

Terms & Conditions:

1. Reservation & Deposit – Pre-orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Deposits are non-refundable. Your order is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

2. Final Payment – The remaining balance will be calculated based on the actual weight and is payable on or before delivery. Customers will be notified of the final amount prior to delivery.

3. Cancellation Policy – Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations must be notified in writing.

4. Delivery & Handling – Turkeys are delivered vacuum-packed in a turkey box, with reheating instructions. Customers must provide safe access for delivery.

5. Product Information & Allergens – Turkeys are prepared according to UK food safety regulations. While every effort is made to avoid cross-contamination, turkeys are prepared in an environment handling common allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs. Allergen information is available on request.

6. Force Majeure – Fraser’s BBQ Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule delivery in circumstances outside reasonable control, including extreme weather, illness, or equipment failure. Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or refund, minus unrecoverable costs.

7. Acceptance of Terms – By placing a pre-order, you accept all terms outlined above. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
