Hi, I’m Fraser, founder and Pit Master of Fraser’s BBQ. My passion for cooking and BBQ started over a decade ago as a hobby, inspired by family friends in Wisconsin who taught me the basics. Over the years, I’ve experimented with techniques, cuts, and seasonings, blending the bold flavors of Texan and Wisconsin BBQ with the finest English cuts.
I started Fraser’s BBQ because I saw a gap in the UK market for affordable, high-quality BBQ meats that could truly outshine supermarket offerings. I believe in doing things right—crafting products with care, natural ingredients, and no shortcuts, because quality comes first.
My mission is to revolutionize the UK palate, introducing people to the rich, smoky flavors of authentic BBQ. Based in Lee-on-the-Solent, it’s a family effort—I run the business whilst being supported by my wife, who keeps our family thriving as we prepare to welcome our second child.
