Fraser’s BBQ catering is designed to be stress-free and professional. Every booking includes:

Menu:

  • Fully staffed BBQ service by experienced pitmasters
  • Compostable platters, cutlery, napkins, and serving items
  • Waste bin provided and taken off-site — no mess left behind
  • Full site clean-up after pack-down
  • All cooking and serving equipment provided

Site Requirements

To operate safely and efficiently, we require:

  • a 3x3 meter space for our gazebo
  • A 1x3 meter space for our BBQs
  • If you have a BBQ available on site, we may request to use it to support cooking times

Booking Terms

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date and cover advance food/staff/equipment costs. Events booked within 14 days of the event date may incur a 10% rush fee. All packages have a minimum headcount requirement as outlined above. Special dietary requests and custom menus can be discussed and may be accommodated where possible. Allergen information is available upon request — please notify us of any specific concerns at the time of booking
